In Commonwealth v. Evans, the Superior Court vacated Defendant’s sentence after he was convicted of a third DUI. The Court found that he was coerced after the police informed him that if he did not consent to a blood test he could be subject to enhanced criminal penalties.
In Commonwealth v. A.R.C., the Court held that the Commonwealth failed to prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that defendant was guilty of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Recklessly Endangering Another Person.
